Try our cookie dough recipe!

We used it on a simple butter cookie dough - perfect for the holidays, but also very yummy throughout the year 😉

You will need:

  • 300g flour
  • 150g icing sugar
  • 150g butter
  • 8g vanilla sugar (or a bit of vanilla extract)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Mix the dough together with your hands until it gets smooth. Let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Then, roll it flat on a surface (~3mm) and make your cookies!

Bake at 180° C for about 5 minutes (check regularly for the cookies until they get golden edges)
